Approved QAR Facilities

Before BBC Worldwide will accept delivery of master materials, they must first undergo and pass a QAR (Quality Assessment Review).  Only QAR's undertaken at BBC Worldwide approved QAR facilities will be accepted.  Please note The Review Centre at TVC is currently unable to QAR any Discovery Co-production master materials.

Specification for DVD screener

BBC Worldwide often requires a DVD screener as part of the deliverables.  This will be used by International broadcasters, who often request to view a DVD before deciding to purchase the programme.  In order to prevent this material being used for broadcast, or other purposes other than screening, we ask that production deliver these to the BBC Worldwide spec, which includes specifications such as watermark and copyright.
